Shipping in mexico
CDMX Deliveries:
Option to pick up at our workshop in Santa Maria la Ribera.
Local Uber delivery can be arranged in some cases.
Deliveries within Mexico:
Flat rate of $300 pesos with DHL.
Complimentary shipping with DHL for orders over $3,000 pesos.
Shipping Schedule:
All orders are shipped bi-weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays.
For urgent deliveries, please inform us, and we will try to accommodate an earlier delivery.
Shipping to US / Canada
Deliveries to the US and Canada:
Flat rate of $30 USD.
Complimentary shipping for orders over $300 USD.
Buyer is responsible for duties and taxes.

For urgent deliveries, please inform us, and we will try to accommodate an earlier delivery.
DHL delivery typically arrives within 2 to 5 days from Mexico to the US or Canada. If DHL says it will take longer we will notify you with the estimated delivery date along with your tracking information.
Rest of the world
Deliveries to the Rest of the World:
Flat rate of $40 USD.
Complimentary shipping for orders over $350 USD.
Buyer is responsible for duties and taxes.

DHL delivery typically arrives within 5 to 7days from Mexico to other parts of the world. If DHL says it will take longer we will notify you with the estimated delivery date along with your tracking information.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns nor exchanges for any of our products online so please select your items with care and read all descriptors. All sales are final.
Faulty or Damaged Items Replacement
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we are committed to making it right. some of our products contain glass and ceramic, these materials are fragile so please read the care page to care for your items. Please follow the steps below to initiate a replacement:
- Contact Us: Send an email to us at helpme@perfume.studio within 7 days of receiving your order with your request.
- Include Details: In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue with your order
- A clear photo of the faulty or damaged item
Evaluation Process
Upon receiving your email, our customer service team will evaluate the issue. If the item is deemed faulty or damaged due to an error on our part, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to request additional information or photos to assist in the evaluation process. Not all replacements are guaranteed.
- Replacements will be issued for the same item originally ordered. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative.
- No need to return the faulty item. Based on your photos we should have sufficient evidence to trust if a replacement is called for. The environmental impact of shipping back and forth is not worth its toll on our beautiful planet, in our opinion, so let’s keep emissions to a minimum.

Stainless steel
most of our pieces are made of durable and bio compatible 316L surgical stainless steel. This means very very very extremely low nickel content. The beauty of this material is that it’s non corrosive, so it will never oxidize, wear out, break apart, rust, crumble, Disintegrate, etc, etc.. when you purchase Stainless steel it’s yours for life, but it’s also infinitely Recyclable.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: if you want to clean your stainless steel pieces all you need to Do is use soap and water, make sure to rinse Thoroughly, and then dry it with a soft cloth. no need to do anything else. Steel is waterproof and sweat proof, so feel free to enjoy it in all weathers, swimming, working out, whatever. just be cautious not to leave it sitting in the sun too long because its metal and it will get hot!
18k gold plated steel
18k gold plated stainless steel does contain some nickel (required For the plating to stick to Stainless), so if you have a nickel Sensitivity we would opt for our regular stainless steel non-plated pieces to avoid an allergic reaction. aside from that, the materials are all the same as our 316L stainless steel pieces And require the same care. Please note that all gold plating can eventually wear off and need to be Re-plated. with Regular wear, gold plated pieces usually need a re-plating in about a year’s time. we do not do re-Plating at Perfume studio, this would be something you’d need to take care of yourself.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: gently wipe it with a soft cloth. if you need to wash it You can wash it with soap and water, please give it a thorough Rinse. to preserve the gold plating as best as possible please dont’ use harsh or abrasive products, and do not scrub. thank you very much 🙂
Glass/ceramic
Glass and ceramics are fragile materials that requires a bit of delicate handling. please don’t throw your PS jewelry against a wall in a fit of rage, because glass breaks. ceramic can break. we recommend using the provided bag to store your jewelry while you travel to avoid injury (to the jewelry).
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: you can clean it with dish-soap and a Thorough rinse of water. dry with a clean towel or air dry.
cotton hats
Our cotton hats are meant to Look a bit distressed. The grommets we use in our shipwreck hats can rust if exposed to water and salty air. we think this looks cool and adds to the concept. personally, we swim in the ocean in ours and let nature do its thing. if this isn’t Your vibe and you want your hat to remain fresh looking then we suggest you avoid exposing your hat to water.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: spot clean with a damp cloth and soapy water or use a tide stick or something. or hand wash in water with gentle detergent if you don’t mind a little rust.
leather hats
Our leather caps are 100% genuine lambskin leather from Turkey with a felty interior. absolutely do not ever dip this hat in water! it will shrink and you’ll be Bummed.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: if your leather hat gets a little dirty you can brush off the dirt with a dry soft cloth. To keep your leather supple and conditioned you can give your hat a little spa treatment with a bit of coconut or olive oil on a Soft cloth (like microfibre). gently buff the leather in circular motions and let it sit for a couple of hours. if it feels a little oily when you’re done you can use a dry cloth to remove any excess but Gently buffing again.
opals
Opals are one of natures most fun creations, in our opinion. They are made of hydrated silica – which are water molecules. opals can contain 6-10% water. Because of this variation in water Molecules and opal cannot be considered a mineral, it’s a mineraloid! ok enough nerd talk from perfume studio, if you want to know more just google “opals” they are very interesting. Obviously we chose opals to make our “candy necklace” because of its vibrant Fractals and colors and because they are so insanely gorgeous, like you.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: opals are porus and pretty delicate. for this reason you should remove your opal necklaces before immersing yourself in water. that means don’t shower, don’t swim, don’t soak, don’t sweat, don’t f*ck… haha jK on the last one, none of our biz. but seriously, take it off before you do any of these moist activities or they can go a little bit dull and lose their magic, or even worse… break. Oh no!
